Ok, I know no one likes to read rules, but if you don't want to be kicked off, I suggest you read them. I kept them as simple as I could.
[li]You are allowed 8 characters, no more than that! If you already have 8 but want another one and want to drop a character then do so in the Adoption board.[/li]
[li]Please check the canon list before posting a canon to make sure it hasn't been taken. If you are using someone else's artwork, please be sure to give them credit. I do not support art thieving. Also, you will see that in the canon list there are characters up for grabs. If you would like to play one of these characters, be sure to read the section at the end of these rules for rules specific to these characters.[/li]
[li]This site is a roleplay primarily for furry/anthro. I really don't want to see anyone using real life photos for characters, other fictional characters may be used from cartoons, comics, video games, etc. I don't wanna see real people like Joe Jonas or Kristen Stewart.[/li]
[li]There are no perfect characters. Everyone has some flaws and if staff sees all too perfect characters you will be asked to change them.[/li]
[li]I DO NOT want to see giant signatures or huge pictures. We don't need to make people scroll forever in a thread because of a giant picture. Don't have large images that stretch the layout. It makes it look ugly and unattractive.
I have found that 150x300 is a good size. But no more than that.[/li]

[li]Please do not ask to become staff. I will not let people who ask to become staff members become staff members. If I think you are worthy (i.e: you follow the rules and kindly remind others of those rules) and I need more staff members, I will promote the people I think would do a good job. Bottom line, again, please do not ask to become a staff member.[/li]
[li]Please, please, PLEASE don't spam the c-box or any of the boards.[/li]
[li]Keep all conversations PG-13.[/li]

Not really part of the rules, but I just thought of this after writing out the Canon Characters rules section. If you have read my welcome post in the Welcome board, you will know that I have been role playing for about seven years now. I do expect to get many experienced players on my site, but I do know that there will be many new players as well! If you are new to role-playing in general and aren't sure how to proceed, please please PLEASE feel free to contact me. Ask me as many questions as you would like! I promise you won't be a bother! That's why I'm an admin. Lol. I remember starting out myself seven years ago. I had the blessing of having a friend help me through my first few character apps and thread posts. But I know many people don't have that luxury and stumble upon sites like this much by chance. I'm a very friendly person and will explain everything to you in as much or as little detail as needed. I'll even provide screen caps with arrows in bright red if I need to! As long as you are able to enjoy your stay on my little site, I will be sure to do everything I can to help you! Until then, byes!

In character rules
- No god modding, please. No one is unbreakable.
- No chatspeak while IC(in character) unless they're texting someone.
- No one line posts. All posts should be at least one good paragraph. One line posts make an RP very boring.
- Always use third person while RPing. It makes everything much less confusing.
- Not all characters have to be gay. There can be some straight ones.
- Sexual preferences are Straight or Heterosexual, Bisexual, gay/lesbian, Pan-sexual, Asexual, Bisexual, etc. All preferences are allowed.
- To makes things a bit better, if you feel your character is beginning to lean into a new preference, it can be changed. For example, if you have a male character who is Bi-curious, but feels their turning Bisexual, or maybe even gay, then they can be changed to either one. Even with straight characters, if it seems like their going Bi, you can fix it in your profile.
- Be kind to other members and staff. No one likes rude people, and if any are seen a warning will be given by staff. If it keeps going, there will be a two day ban. Any more will result in a permanent ban. No arguing over stupid things like debating Naruto over Bleach or whatever.

CANON CHARACTERS
- These characters are characters essential to the plot of the site.
- If you would like to role play as one of these characters, please contact either Alwyn or Draco and they will give you the necessary information you will need to play these characters to their utmost potential.
- You will have some lee-way when it comes to their dress and much of their personality, but each character's background is not to be played with as their background is just as essential to the plot of the site.
- I (Alwyn) would prefer if the role players who are interested in these characters had some experience role playing first. If you are new to role playing and would like to role play one of my babies, please feel free to contact me or Draco and give us a sample role play between the character you are interested in and some other character of your choosing.
- Limit one canon character to a member. It wouldn't be fair to others if only two or three people had ALL of the characters. As it stands now, there are about five characters. More may be added as the story progresses or Draco or I see an increase in interest in our babies.
